Milan Eyewear Group Inc. is a well-established eyewear distributor, providing high-quality optical frames and sunglasses. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base and increase sales.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and contact potential customers (optical stores, optometrists, and eyewear retailers).
• Present and promote our eyewear collections to clients through in-person meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Set up appointments and follow up regularly to close sales.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize earning potential through commissions.
Requirements:
• Sales experience in the optical or fashion industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must own a car to visit clients and deliver samples.
• Driven and persistent with a customer-focused attitude.
Compensation:
• 17% commission on sales (Average earning potential: $3,400+ per month).
• Additional bonuses based on performance and sales growth.
