Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and exceed sales goals.
- Build long-term client relationships through trust and personalized care.
- Guide customers in choosing frames and lenses suited to their needs and budget.
- Perform accurate measurements, frame adjustments, and fittings.
- Ensure all finished eyewear meets optical-quality standards.
- Stay up to date on product technology, lens options, and fashion trends.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation standards.
- Support store events, merchandising, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Provincial Optician License (registered with the College of Opticians) — Required
- High School Diploma (or higher)
- 2+ years experience in optical or retail sales environment
- Strong knowledge of optical theory and lens fitting
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Professional appearance and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency (EMR and POS systems)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
