We’re seeking a passionate Neuro-Visual Optician to join our purpose-driven team and bring heart, precision, and creativity to an incredibly meaningful role.
This position is ideal for someone who sees opticianry as both a science and an art, and who’s excited to help patients experience visual comfort, emotional safety, and renewed confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with optometrists to interpret and translate neuro-visual prescriptions into precise lens designs.
- Design and dispense neuro-balancing lenses and therapeutic filters that support function, comfort, and confidence.
- Guide patients through a personalized, emotionally safe vision-care journey.
- Integrate style + function + therapy when selecting frames.
- Contribute ideas, energy, and positivity to team culture and patient experience.
- Participate in community outreach events and in-office trunk shows promoting neuro-visual awareness.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $25 – $35 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- Hours: 40 hours per week – Full-Time
