We are currently seeking a Multi-Line Optical Sales Representative to manage and grow accounts across the Greater Toronto and Eastern Ontario regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Service existing optical accounts while developing new business opportunities.
- Plan and organize daily schedules to visit clients and potential retailers.
- Present eyewear collections using samples, catalogs, and visual materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and independent optical stores.
- Coordinate seasonal product showings and meet pre-book deadlines.
- Analyze market trends, sales forecasts, and sell-through data to optimize sales performance.
- Work collaboratively with the internal sales and marketing team to develop growth strategies.
- Submit orders and reports using company price lists and digital tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in optical, retail, or fashion industry preferred.
- Bilingual (English & French) preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital sales tracking.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel across assigned territory.
- Passion for eyewear and fashion trends.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience and sales performance)
