Optical Sales / Frame Stylist

Glass Monocle Eyecare is a modern optometry clinic and eyewear dispensary located in the heart of Toronto.

We provide comprehensive eye-care services including full eye examinations, contact lens fittings, and the sale of prescription and non-prescription eyewear and sunglasses.

Our focus is on exceptional customer service, professional care, and helping patients see and look their best.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Specialist who is energetic, motivated, and passionate about eyewear and customer care.

This role combines sales, customer service, and product knowledge to create a top-quality patient experience and contribute to the clinic’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and complete sales of eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses in a professional and ethical manner.
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and optometrists.
• Stay up to date on eyewear trends, lens technology, and brand collections.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1 year experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for eyewear, fashion, and helping patients find the perfect look.
• Comfortable using computers and digital sales tools.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the eyecare industry.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
