Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $20 – $28 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform RF treatment and dry eye testing to support our specialty clinics
Conduct pre-testing and assist patients throughout their visit
Handle administrative tasks including reconciliations, scheduling, appointment bookings, and ordering supplies
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting doctors and the clinical team
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience working in an optometric practice
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Comfort working with patients and clinical technology
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care
