Licensed Optician or experienced in optical retail
Passionate about glasses fashion and sales
Able to prioritize tasks and communicate well in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and time management are critical
Comfortable working both independently and with a team
Creative and proactive about improving the practice

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Recommend frames and lenses suited to prescription lifestyle and style preferences
Troubleshoot eyewear issues to ensure patient satisfaction
Support teammates to maintain smooth office flow
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and stay current with technology and fashion trends
Cross-train in areas such as pretesting when needed
Make accurate entries in electronic health records
Verify incoming and outgoing orders
Perform minor frame repairs and adjustments
Handle general office duties including phones greetings and payments
